The Perfect Trouser

I have been looking for the perfect pair of trousers for the longest time. I always have an issue with length as I am short :( so I am constantly having to get them hemmed or having to roll them inwards...come on my short ladies I know you have done this too.
So I walked into H&M last week as I was looking for a gift for my sisters birthday but of course I ended up buying clothing for my self too hehe!!
I had seen a manneqin at the front of the store with these pink coloured trousers that i thought were gorgeous! so I bought them for my sister, i then noticed that they also came in beige, cargo green and black - I tried on a black pair and fell in love- being in that moment of finding the perfect trouser I bought every bloody single colour!!
They are Ankle-length stretch cotton trousers with tapered legs, side pockets and welt pockets at the back and the price is amazing! ONLY $17.95
The material is 98% cotton and 2% elastic and it ranges from size 2-16.
They look great pair with flats, heels and wedges :)
Has anyone else purchased a pair of these trousers? and what did you think of them...

Homemade spicy tomato salsa :)

Hey!

So my post below was my veggie quesadilla recipe and as I had mentioned I will be including my homemade salsa recipe!! I made this for the very first time and it was delicious and very flavorful.

You will need:
Small red onion ( chopped)
2 Italian vine tomatos ( chopped )
1 roma tomato ( chopped )
4-5 garlic cloves ( chopped )
2-3 green chillies or jelapenos ( chopped )
Alittle ( 2-3 pinches) of cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon juice

How to make salsa:
Using a food processor add in all the ingredients one by one. DO NOT add the salt, pepper and lemon juice. And blend until everything is combined well and not too chunky. Get a small bowl and empty out salsa add 1-3 drops
Of lemon juice and salt and peppe according to your taste and cover. Place in refrigerator for 45 mins
To an hour. This taste best when cold and it's best to prepare before making your quesadillas so that it has enough time to chill :)

Let me know if you try this recipe and what you thought?

Below is a photo of the ingredients and
How it actually looked!!

Veggie Quesdilla and Spicy tomato Salsa

As a vegetarian I am always looking for creative and delicious options for my meals! I find it funny that people actually think there is no variety when it comes to veggie meals.. I'm sure most people think I eat vegetables and salads all day long! LOL well your wrong! There are so many options and I would love to share them with you all.

Today's recipe will include veggie quesadilla and a homemade salsa :)

This mouth watering meal will
Have your taste buds dancing with joy! And even those that cant get enough of their MEAT will enjoy this!!

Roasted pepper and mushroom quesadilla.

You will need:
4-5 spring onions ( finely chopped)
2 Red bell peppers ( chopped )
7-8 white mushrooms ( chopped )
Zucchini can also be chopped and added but I'm not a fan :( lol
4 cloves of garlic ( finely chopped )
1-2 green chillies ( finely chopped)
Small bowl of shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tb spoons of vegetable or olive oil
Whole wheat tortillas

How it's made.

Place a small pan or saucepan over medium/low heat and add the vegetable oil and lift pan and circle until its completely covered. Once, oil starts to heat add the spring onions, garlic and chillies and mix well. Give this about 2-3 mins to sautée and add in the red peppers and mushroom- mix well and add in salt and pepper according to your Taste and let simmer
For 5-10 minutes on low heat and then remove as place on the side.

Making the quesadilla:

You will need either a cast iron flat top or a frying pan big enough to place the tortilla on.

Place the pan on med heat and add alittle oil and spread over pan-- until
Hot place a tortilla in the pan and on one Half sprinkle alittle cheese and add some of the red pepp/mushrm mixture And then fold tortilla over!! And let cook for 1-2 min then flip over and cool for another 1-2 mins until
Its golden brown. Remove carefully and place on plate and cut in 2-4 pieces and serve with sour cream and salsa :)

I will explain how I made my salsa on my next post!! This meal is healthy and
very tasty! Tell me what you think? And I would love to hear if anyone tried this recipe and your reviews :)

To Kor or not to Kor?!

Like most ladies I LOVE handbags and would never get bored of buying them. Spring is fast approaching and i think i need a brand new "everyday" bag to add to my never ending selection. I have my eye on a Micheals Kors bag but im stuck on the selections.. I dont know which one to actually go for.

I want something not too bulky, classic looking and something that can be worn with a number of different outfits..on a daily basis! So I was browsing their website and then went into the Kors store to try some on but im still stuck.. there is where i need YOUR help!! so ive norrowed it done to 3 bags. Again, this is an everyday bag im looking for!

I love the above bags they are all so different, I have to say the middle one with the chain detailed handles is my fave ( it also comes in Fushia which i LOVED but the colour just wouldnt work with everyday wear)

What do you all think- which one should i go for?
